Resolved: Delays in Pension Payments Due to Banking Challenges

Dear Valued Stakeholder,

Customers who experienced delayed RTGS transfers as a result of the technical challenges experienced by BoJ, will now see payments reflected in their accounts. The Bank of Jamaica (BoJ) has advised the Accountant General’s Department (AGD) that issues with their Real-time Gross Settlement (RTGS) Gateway have been resolved.
